Offered here is Blue Note art director/graphic designer's John Hermansader's original un-pasted cover proof and cover for Blue Note 402 (45 rpm release of Sidney Bechet). Size is 7.5x7.5"
John Hermansader was an early art director/designer for Blue Note Records. Working with legendary Jazz photographer/Blue Note co-owner Francis Wolff, he designed some of Blue Note's early iconic cover art. These pieces come from Hermansader's personal Blue Note archive.  Condition:  Proof is glossy with moderate wear and light crinkling
