Released in 1970 on the " VERTIGO " LABEL 6360 0011
Condition:- VERY GOOD / EXCELLENT
I bought this Album in 1970, the year it was released. It was played on a high quality
turntable for that era (Thorens 125 turntable, SME arm with Shure V15 cartridge) The
Album was always cleaned with a high quality cleaner and stored in a plastic outer
sleeve for protection. I am not a record dealer, I am just selling off my own private Album
collection.

THE COVER
The COVER is in a VERY GOOD / EXCELLENT condition. The GATEFOLD is in a
MATT finish. The FRONT COVER is VERY CLEAN with a couple of pin sized white
specks and one little scuff on the bottom right hand corner. The BACK COVER is CLEAN
with four very small white specks and four finger marks. The SPINE is EXCELLENT, it
is SQUARE and SHARP with no scuff marks. The four CORNERS, the top two are FIRM
and TRUE with no scuff marks. The BOTTOM two CORNERS, the left has an extremely
light scuff mark, and the right hand CORNER has a slight scuff mark on the BOTTOM
edge. Inside the GATEFOLD it is VERY CLEAN, although it has some specks, mainly in
the top right and left corners. The SLEEVE OPENING is FIRM and CRISP with no fraying.
This is a very nice example of an Album cover of 38 years old.
THE VINYL
The LP is in EXCELLENT condition. It is VERY CLEAN in a HIGH GLOSS finish. It
comes complete with the original "VERTIGO" inner Sleeve, also in EXCELLENT condition.
The "VERTIGO" label looks like new on both sides and there are no SPINDLE marks.
The SOUND quality is EXCELLENT, CLEAR and DETAILED. On side 2. track 2. there
are just a few light pops and crackles in the quiet passages. The ALBUM played
BEAUTIFULLY throughout, with no scratches. This is the first time that this LP has been
played in 36 years. The TEST PLAY was on my REGA PLANAR 3 turntable with
ORTOFON cartridge, great to hear this Album again, it's a CLASSIC.
