This auction is for the 12" vinyl LP  -  THE BEATLES  -  SGT. PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND.  This LP has the "FOURTH PROOF" SLEEVE, please see my close-up photos.   1967 PARLOPHONE PMC 7027.  I will try to provide as much information as possible for this record, so that you can make up your own mind as to what issue/pressing etc., it is  Please really study my photos for sleeve and label details + the track listing.  For the matrix and stamper bits, this is what I can see under a magnifying glass..  SIDE 1  =  XEX 637-1  with, also what looks like  ADR  and  4 . For SIDE 2  =  XEX 638-1 and RHH  and  9.  Hope this helps.  THE RECORD COMES WITH THE "FLAME" INNER SLEEVE AND THE DARKER GREEN INSERT CARD.    PLEASE SEE MY OTHER AUCTIONS FOR MORE BEATLES BITS.Please note -  I play all my records, both sides, to check for any defects, I will mention anything I notice in the condition report.  Listened using my mid-range Audio Technica ATLP 120 deck with an Ortofon cartridge. 
Condition: The "FOURTH PROOF" picture sleeve has a few very light marks, couple of small light creases + some slight age dis-colouration, o/w = excellent condition, the spine is strong and clear, = excellent -.  The "FLAME" inner = excellent - NO break through damage.  The darker green card is complete and in an excellent condition.  The labels have some spindle marks, = excellent -.  The vinyl has some light marks / hairlines, + few very light scratches, nothing to really affect play, visually = very good + to excellent - condition, but, plays great, with only an occasional little, light crackle / pop, with one light pop on the end of Lovely Rita track + 3 feint clicks on the Fixing a Hole track,  overall, a real enjoyable listen.. Please note -  I play all my records, both sides, to check for any defects, I will mention anything I notice in the condition report.  Listened using my mid-range Audio Technica ATLP 120 deck with an Ortofon cartridge.    Where appropriate, the record will be taken out of its picture sleeve and put into a new plain sleeve to prevent record breakthrough damage to the original sleeve whilst in transit. The item will then be put into a new Covers 33  400g poly protective cover to keep it safe.All my records are sent out in a strong cardboard package marked '' vinyl records - please do not bend '' + '' fragile ''.  When grading my records I use the Record Collector Magazines grading guide:Mint = Brand new condition. Excellent = The record will show some signs of being played, but very little lessening in sound quality. The cover etc. may have slight wear or creases.Very good = The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major sound deterioration, despite noticeable surface marks / light scratches.  The cover would have normal wear and tear - no major defects unless mentioned. Each description might be tweaked with a  + or - .  I play all my records and will mention anything noticeable.
