RARE!! BEATLES LP. Original 1969 UK.
“Abbey Road”. RARE Misaligned Apple!!!! Mis-pressing.
Very earliest FIRST PRESSING!! NM.
Up for auction is this superb Beatles “Abbey Road” album with the very early mis-pressing, misaligned apple on rear of cover. The apple is NOT aligned to the back cover text as it should be. This was corrected on later pressings to align the apple to the text.
COVER: Quite superb. Top gloss. One of the very best. Tiny light wrinkle at upper left front, otherwise as nice as you might find anywhere. NM.
VINYL: Just superb!!! Still retains its just pressed glossy sheen and is perfectly flat with no warps, skips or jumps. Graded; a very strong NM.
LABELS: SUPERB!! Just some very light spindle trails. Side two label does NOT omit “Her Majesty”. RRPG lists this anomaly as either with or without.
