  Items purchased are not insured unless buyer chooses optional insurance at the time of checkout. If buyer does not choose optional insurance damage is the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no refunds on shipping. If the item arrives with any non described or pictured damage BUYER MUST CONTACT SELLER WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING ITEM. Otherwise it is the buyers responsibility. If there is an insurance claim on broken or damaged items THE BUYER MUST WAIT UNTIL THE SHIPPER HAS SETTLED THE CLAIM. I (seller) am not responsible for refunding the claim. No items are shipped until payment is received. I try to be environmentally friendly by recycling all packing materials, By doing so it occasionally take additional time in obtaining material for unusual sized objects. All shipping information is provided by Pay Pal and USPS And if you have a spam blocker often times it will not be received

International Buyers:

 Pay Pal is the only payment option for International Orders. Due to Pay Pal policies items are shipped Air Parcel Post only. And will only be shipped to a confirmed address on the Pay Pal account. Please allow up to 7 days additional handling time because of the extra paperwork involved in shipping international. Shipping by Air Parcel Post takes 10-14 days for delivery. Although because international shipping can be unpredictable, guaranteed delivery times are not available for international orders. Once the item has Been dropped at the Post Office Seller assumes no responsibility for items arrival date.
