Nm Visually clean surfaces, no wear around center hole. May not have been played.
Nm- Has been lightly played, evident wear at center hole, very minor surface marks -- usually light paper-sleeve rub --that should not sound at all.
Ex Slightly below Nm- and slightly above Vg+
Vg+ More numerous surface marks, not enough to affect sound.
Vg Surface scratches/ flaws that will sound.
