Certain financial problems have forced us to part w/ some treasures and memories, unfortunately. My LOSS... is your GAIN!
For anyone who might care, this would be the album collection that influenced NME's album, Unholy Death - I was the main songwriter for that album - which in turn, seems to have influenced modern black metal, to some degree.
This, to a good extent, is a vinyl chronicle of the beginnings of modern, extreme heavy metal.
Everything is original. Most everything from the early 80s was bought w/in a few weeks of release. There's some rare and unique items.
I'm no record grading expert. They're all used to one degree or another. They've been cared for. Most are and have been in plastic sleeves since purchase. Most still contain all inserts, including lyric sheets and merch forms. Some don't. I know Black Metal is missing its lyric sheet and Morbid Tales is missing its lyric poster.
There are three autographed LPs. I can guarantee - for what my word's worth - that the Ramones and Slayer albums are authentic - I obtained the autographs myself (Ramones at Peaches in Seattle and Slayer at a little hole in the wall - Easy Street? - that put out Metal Church's first album (?), in West Seattle). I, to this day, can't recall where I got the Bon/Angus signed Let There Be Rock. I don't recall paying anything for it; someone knew what a big fan I was and sent it to me. I looked at some AC/DC signed stuff on eBay, today, and the sig's look the same. I have no reason to believe it's not authentic. *shrug* If interested, YOU decide.
