 Paul McCartney TLS
Paul McCartney - a typed letter dated 6th July 1998 thanking Len (Leonard George Wood) for his thoughtful words on the passing of Linda McCartney. Hand signed at the conclusion "Love, Paul". On Paul McCartney letterhead made from Cranes 100% cotton. The letter represents a highly personal note written by Paul shortly after the death of his first wife and the young age of 56. It comes complete with the original mailing envelope it was sent it. The letter in excellent condition with slight ink mirroring from being folded over for a prolonged period. Envelope in fair shape having been torn in several places upon opening.
